Summer Half Day Pottery/Drumming Camp with Shawna Morrissette
This is 5 half days of laughing, playing, and getting dirty. Each day campers learn a new pottery technique from handbuilding to playing on the wheel. They are encouraged to express their creativity and uniqueness in there one of a kind masterpieces. Then we will have storytime where the children and I create a story together during snack and lunch time which allows children to improve their communications and listening skills. It can also help to expand their minds and imaginations . Then we pull out all the muscial instruments from all over the world and make some NOISE WOOHOOO!! Drumming supports campers ablity to blow off steam and learn another way of expression without words.
Morning session we have 30 min snack time. Afternoon session we have 30 min lunch together.
Pottery can be picked up 4-6 weeks after camp.
KIDS GO HOME HAPPY,TIRED AND DIRTY EVERYDAY!!!!!!

Ages & Times: Morning session 4-8 yrs Afternoon session 9-14yrs
Times: Morning 9am-12pm ,Afternoon 12-3pm.
